About Us

Every neighborhood in New Orleans tells a story. Nini Scriber and Rana Cabeceiras have made it their mission to help every buyer and seller find the one that is theirs.

Together as Rana & Nini at Ricci Real Estate, they bring a simple but powerful belief to every conversation: that finding the right home starts with discovering the right neighborhood. Whether you are buying your first home, selling a classic, or relocating to New Orleans and trying to figure out if you are an Uptown person or Mid-City soul, Nini and Rana show up as more than agents. They show up as guides.

Serving buyers and sellers across the New Orleans metro - from the historic streets of Uptown to the Garden District to the Lakefront communities of Lakeview, the suburban ease of Metairie, and the laid back charm of Mandeville and Covington- they bring deep knowledge, genuine care, and an unmatched commitment to making the process feel less overwhelming and more like an adventure.

New Orleans isn't just their market, its their home. They believe there's a corner of this city for everyone- you just have to discover yours.
